Wind

Shell has more than a decade of experience in wind energy and is involved in 10 operating wind projects in North America and Europe. Our share of the energy capacity from these projects is about 500 megawatts (MW). Most of this energy comes from around 720 turbines at eight joint-venture wind projects in the USA.

We continue to work closely with our partners to maintain our strong focus on safety, reliability and operational excellence at our wind projects across the USA and Europe.
