We measure our performance for the year by considering progress against our longer-term strategy and against our annual operating plan.

At Capital Markets Day 2023, we announced eight business targets for reporting progress against our Powering Progress strategy, which can be found in the section "Progress against our longer-term business targets".

Performance against our operating plan for 2023 is assessed using a range of financial and non-financial indicators and can be found in the section "Performance indicators".

In the "How we create value" section, we show the value that we have created in 2023 through our business activities for our different stakeholders and wider society.
