In February 2016, we agreed to sell our interest in Port Dickson refinery to Malaysia Hengyuan International Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2016.

In 2016, we signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Saudi Aramco (SA) to discontinue the Motiva JV in the US. Motiva’s assets will be divided between Shell and SA, with the Norco and Convent refineries proposed to be retained by Shell and Port Arthur Refinery retained by SA.
